WorkPay Notes does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Your information stays on your device.

Data Storage

All data you enter in WorkPay Notes — including work entries, pay rates, tips, and notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be synced across your devices via Apple's CloudKit. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

No personal information (name, email, phone number)
No location data
No analytics or usage tracking
No advertising identifiers
No third-party SDKs or trackers

Data Export

You can export your data as a JSON backup or PDF report at any time from within the app. Exported files are saved to a location you choose and are not transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

WorkPay Notes does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

WorkPay Notes does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not collect any personal information from any user.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
